Online Orders

• By purchasing a custom designed item from us, you consent to the posting and sharing of said item across all our social media platforms and the enlistment of said design on our website. 
• Most items are made to order and handcrafted, so no two items will look the same. Please allow slight variations in shape, size and color due to factors out of our control. We use real dried flowers in our handmade products, please note that all real flower pieces are one of a kind items, due to each flower, leaf or petal being slightly different. The colors may also vary due to different monitor settings.

Shipping & Delivery

• The time required to craft and ship out a product varies as most items are handmade and personalised and it also depends on order density at the time and the individual product itself. A general estimate for you to receive your order would be in 1-2 weeks.
• It’s important to us that you receive your purchases in a timely manner. During sale and promotional periods, your order will be processed and dispatched as quickly as possible from our fulfilment hub. However, busy periods could result in some delays with dispatch. We are not responsible for delays due to customs and mishaps that might occur on the courier's end.
